Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy for Member Delegates
Cancellations are not encouraged and will be processed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation of participation on or before 31st October 2025 – a £100.00 administration fee per person will be retained.

Cancellation of participation from 1st November 2025 until the 31st December 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation of participation from 1st January 2026 onwards will incur 100% cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy for Supplier Sponsorship
Cancellations are not encouraged and will be processed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation of Sponsorship before 31st December 2025 – no charge.

Cancellation of Sponsorship between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2025 – 50% Charge

Cancellation of Sponsorship after January 31st 2026 onwards – 100% Charge
